Indeed, many folks still don’t know they can DIY, or are too lazy/busy to do it. They would rather pay. But given the globalized gig economy on platform like UpWorks, one has to live in a pretty low cost country to survive on the fees for building plain vanilla websites these days.

Agree that website builders will do well to extend their offerings via customization options for designers.
