As for your conclusion, I totally agree. Owing in large part to my clickbait title, which the Medium editors made even worst (lol), most folks missed my core point and conclusion. I never meant to say native apps will go away. I meant most apps will die out or consolidate with the giants, so in the world of the future most of us will only stick to a limited number of apps for non-niche usage, mostly owned by a few large tech companies, just like the web today with Google, Microsoft and Apple etc…
