Thanks for reading and leaving your thoughts. Apologies if the tongue in cheek comment about the military offended. It was partly inspired by my own time in the armed forces. I was working in human resources and noticed that a lot of professional soldiers tend to come back into service after leaving for 3-5 years. They found it hard to adapt to the commercial world as they were used to getting things the clear concept of rank and hierarchy. I think this is a unique issue of management culture which, though found in some private organizations as well, generally do not apply to the non-military world.

Nonetheless, everything I write sometimes are meant to be thought provoking in a light hearted manner. In that regards, I'd admit some of my comments tend to be broad sweeping and stigmatizing. Once again, no intention to be derogatory or malicious.
