Three things come to mind.
- secondlife.com. Not sure if they have a person there for everyone and every property on earth yet.
- It is possible with VR/AR that the physical world could be replicated in the digital world. I hope it never happens. Might become The Matrix like the movie. Elon Musk believes in that.
- Ever watched the British TV series ‘Black Mirror’. One of those scenarios maybe? But probably by then all of us will be wearing wearables, implants or AR goggles instead of carrying smartphones.
