Yes, indeed. To be a successful app these days the UI/UX design has to be almost idiot proof. There’s so much competition for the same function/utility that users will not tolerate having to figure out an app for too long. They’ll just delete and they’ll be unlikely to give it a 2nd chance anytime soon!
