What you say is not untrue.

But let me try and sum up the message I hoped to convey in my article another way, but shorter.

Before AI, data was like mining for iron — useful but not terribly high value. After deep learning became feasible due to modern computing, it raised AI to another era, so digging thru’ data became like mining for gold.

So if I may…it is now save, search, manipulate, analyze.. and predict!

The upper limit of data exploitation went from reactionary to cognitive.
