General AI assistance with NLP are far from being able to achieve the focused objectives of most native apps, and such apps can leverage AI towards their focused objectives better.

NLP is the toughest of the toughest applications of AI. I’m somewhat familiar with this field. The really good NLP tech will be owned and licensed by the really big AI companies being built now. I can’t see Indie app developers getting an edge over them…
